ModularMath Tuition Centre Terms & Conditions

Enrolment
1. All students must complete the enrolment form and provide accurate personal and contact details.
2. Enrolment is confirmed only upon payment of the first month’s fees.

Fees & Payment
3. Tuition fees are payable monthly in advance.
4. Payment must be made by the due date stated on the invoice.
5. Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per month.
6. Lessons missed due to non-payment will not be replaced or refunded.

Lesson Schedule
7. Lessons are conducted according to the agreed timetable.
8. The centre reserves the right to adjust class schedules and inform parents in advance.

Absences & Make-Up Lessons
9. If a student is unable to attend a lesson, the parent/guardian must inform the centre at least 24 hours in advance.
10. Make-up lessons are subject to availability and must be taken within the same month.
11. No refunds or credits will be given for missed lessons without valid notice.

Public Holidays
12. The centre follows the official Singapore public holiday calendar.
13. Lessons falling on public holidays may be rescheduled or cancelled at the centre’s discretion.

Termination of Lessons
14. A minimum of 1 month’s written notice is required to terminate lessons.
15. The centre reserves the right to terminate lessons due to non-payment or repeated disruptive behaviour.

Conduct & Responsibilities
16. Students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff, and fellow students.
17. The centre is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Limitation of Liability
18. The centre will take reasonable precautions to ensure student safety but will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that occurs on the premises.

Policy Updates
19. The centre reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, with notice provided to parents/guardians.
